1. Test Drive Usage Limit

Upon purchase, users are granted access to AI ModelSuite with the ability to create between 1 to 5 visuals (including images, videos, chatbots, and audio files) strictly for testing and evaluation purposes.

2. Exceeding Test Drive Limits

If you exceed the test drive limit (e.g., create more than 5 visuals), this will be considered active usage of the service. In such cases, a full refund will not be applicable, as we incur significant costs for processing requests through third-party AI platforms.

3. Refund Policy

If you request a refund after creating more than the allowed test visuals, we cannot process a full refund.

If you still wish to proceed with a refund, we will deduct the actual API and third-party costs incurred for your usage. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.

These deductions are necessary because each API call to third-party AI providers is chargeable and non-refundable to us.

4. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AI ModelSuite, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the refund and usage policy stated above.

We will process said refund immediately and a credit for the full amount of the original transaction will appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account  within 4-5 business days
